Deposits are non-refundable. Tonic Wish LLC reserves the right to retain deposit payments. Deposit goes toward your service. 

 

Tonic Wish LLC reserves the right to offer a 20 minute grace period for clients arriving to appointments. If client arrives after grace period, client is subject to a $40 late fee or cancellation of appointment. If a client does not show to appointment, Tonic Wish LLC reserves the right to ban client. 

 

Service times are an estimate. We may finish a service before or after allotted service time. Hair length and density are contributing factors to service times.
